We are a slim organisation, with a few people, which have an employment or consulting contract with osAlliance.  The coop is built on their members out of which the board of members is elected. Our professional administrative staff is managing accounting and ressources.

On a per project basis, technical work is performed by co-op members and additional freelancers. They are all obliged to sign a partnership agreement for a smooth business process, including quality assurance.

The members are headed by a management board and is being supervised by a controlling board.
