osAlliance is supporting the A1 Innovation Days with concepts, proposals and technical know-how.
The A1 InnovationDays are an international developer challenge sponsored by
the mobile network operator mobilkom austria. The sponsor will reward
prizes for the best open source software applications making use of the
operator´s network and enablers. Moreover will the sponsor announce the
possibility to deploy interesting services together with A1.
However,
A1 InnovationDays are not only targeting software developers but also
generally interested user who may participate in the discussion about
future services through their voting and comments.
The theme for
the first challenge is „Open Communication by Open Standards“. By that
we are looking especially for ideas and applications that exploit the
Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and/or the IP Multimedia Subsystem
(IMS).
