CRM-Systems
We analysed and evaluated a series of CRM Systems closer and would like to present you two quite similar systems, vTiger and SugarCRM.
Sugar CRM
A very powerful framework-supporting sale processes. It syncs with Jrabbit Modul with Outlook Clients (address, e-mails and calendar, appr. € 30/user). It also syncs with Sync4j servers with mobile phones. Callroom sends to icalender notifications via e-mail. Sugar is able to do campaigns via email, also with variables. Sugar Suite knows roles, that means access is controllable but not completely mandator compatible. With the Thunderbird-plugin von go-mobile.at it is also possible to transfer emails in Sugar, also on OSX. On OSX it is not possible to sync and bartering contacts with Thunderbird.
vTiger
is a GPL-fork of SugarCRM. It has also a Thunderbird plugin, with in and export of addresses (no sync) as well as a forwarding of emails to vTiger. Also Outlook Plug-in, Invoice module for pdf export and granular rights management available. No email reader integrated, no email campains, however a ticket-forwarding via email available.
Groupware
As an alternative for simple CRM requirements you can also use a groupware. e.g.: Kolab. It would be a pleasure to consult you and offer accompaniment, trainings, project management and quality control.
